Shipping to an alternate address
If you wish to ship to an alternate address you will need to call your credit card company and add the alternate address to your account. We need to be able to verify the shipping address is associated with the account used for payment. In some instances, we can also arrange for you to pick up your order at a local UPS/FedEx office. Shipping to Post Office Boxes
We cannot guarantee overnight or two day delivery to post office boxes. We may not be able to ship to certain PO Boxes for security reasons. We apologize for any inconvenience. All of our packages require signature at delivery.

We will gladly accept returns within 15 days of the purchase (or 15 days from the Holiday or Occasion, not to exceed 30 days) with original packaging and in original condition, having no modification (ex: sizing) for exchange or store credit. No cash refunds. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. Store credit can be used in any increment at any time for any service we provide.
We offer full price upgrade on diamonds when doubling the original purchase price, provided stone is undamaged.
